Resource Points
Gunners crews do not use Ploys or Ploy Tokens. Instead, at the start of the Starting Positions step (before placing any models), a Gunners crew gains Resource Points equal to their Tier's Resource Points Limit. These are spent to purchase Terrain pieces that are then placed on the Battlefield. [Folio pg. 55]
Any unspent Resource Points cannot be carried over between games.
Placement Rules
Once purchases are made, each terrain piece is placed within or within 4" of the Gunner crew's Deployment Zone (or selected Battlefield edge if no Deployment Zones are used).
- Major Terrain cannot be placed within 3" of any other Terrain.
- Minor and Decorative Terrain can be placed freely within the above area.
After placing the additional Terrain, the Starting Positions step continues as normal.
