Brawl (Engaged)
The Active player chooses a Melee weapon on the Active model's entry, or declares the Active model is attacking with a Makeshift Weapon, then follows these steps to make a Melee Attack:
1. Choose Target
The Active player chooses a Target for the attack. This must be an Enemy model that is Engaged with the Active model.
2. Make the Attack Test
Using the Weapon Profile of the weapon chosen when declaring this Action, the Active player makes a Melee Attack Test (X). When creating the Dice Pool for the Test, gain Bonus Dice according to the following:
- Gain 1 Bonus Die if the Active model moved into Engagement as part of a Get Moving Action with the Target this Turn.
- Add 1 Bonus Die for each Harm the Target has.
- Add 1 Bonus Die for each other Friendly model that is Engaged with the Target that is not Engaged with any other Enemy models.
3. Inflict Damage
Inflict Damage on the Target equal to the number of Hits in the Pool, as described in Damage Resolution.
Makeshift Weapons
Every model that is not carrying another Melee weapon is assumed to be carrying a Makeshift Weapon, regardless of whether or not it is shown on the miniature. A Makeshift Weapon might represent an improvised blade, a hunk of wreckage, a length of pipe, the butt of a weapon, or the model’s fists.
